FORBIDDEN HISTORY
It all started back in 1999, when Mrs. Yasmin Shaikh, the visionary behind our famous brand was going through just another day in her daily life doing something she loved and cared about more than anything in her entire life, cooking her favorite dish, the infamous darling of the subcontinent’s inhabitants, the legendary Chicken Biryani. It was all good and normal until Mrs. Shaikh decides to treat her neighbors and let them have a taste of her flavorful and super unique biryani. Little did anyone know that this small gesture would turn out to be the beginning of the most distinguished and celebrated food restaurants in the entire city as anyone who would get a taste would become an instant admirer of Mrs. Shaikh's Biryani. The enormous fascination and encouragement from her kind neighbors empowered Mrs. Yasmin to think abroad, and shortly after, she started selling her home-based Biryani which would get sold out within a couple of hours. Securing the position of town’s favorite Briyani provider for a span of over two years, provided Yasmin an insight to finally take things up a notch. She acquired a small place in Vashi, Navi Mumbai which she named Ching’s Restaurant. This time introducing diversity in the menu by adding Mughlai, Indian, Chinese and Tandoor Cuisine.
The new and improved menu turned out to be another enormous success, adding to the long list of successes of Ching Restaurant. Inspired by splendid reviews, rapid fame, and a huge clientele of new customers, Yasmin decided to broaden her horizons and bought a place in Koper-Khairane, the current location of Ching's Restaurant. Ching’s restaurant has come a long way over the years from where we started. Our notable leadership, our absolute devotion superior quality, Our inimitable resource of experienced chefs, and our profound commitment as a team to ensure ultimate experiences have enabled us to develop such a paramount connection with our precious customers that has resulted in a never-ending bond.
